Distributor Notice: Zip Disks are not yet ready, BUT, the files and mini-programs are available if you are willing to visit us in Virginia, for Ken to install the data on your laptop computer and teach you how to operate the programs. The programs, designed to self-install from a Zip disk, and the instruction manuals are delayed due to a large influx of new orders and sample requests. We apologize for the inconvenience. If Microsoft had not changed the compatibility of Windows with DOS commands from Zip disk, this completely new program would not be necessary. |

About Interaction of Nitrate and Chlorine Clemson University did a study of the effects of nitrification on chlorination in domestic wastewater systems. Briefly, they found that during warm weather, nitrification will occur in most aerated lagoon systems that treat domestic wastewaters. If there is sufficient retention time in the aerobic regions of they system, nitrate formation may interfere with chlorination. See the full article! |
