Emergency Overview: The microorganisms used in this product
are BioSafety Class 1 microorganisms, as defined by the Centers for Disease
Control as unlikely to cause disease in healthy humans or animals. However,
persons with compromised immune systems should avoid contact with open wounds
and/or breathing dust or mist from manufacturing processes. These organisms
are susceptible to many commonly used antibiotics, and Alken-Murray is willing
to supply antibiotic sensitivity information to any doctor or import health
authority requesting it. Although bacterial cultures included in this product
were grown in a sterile aqueous medium containing a variety of nutrients,
including corn syrup solids, digests of soybean and/or skim milk, glucose
or other sugars, vegetable oils, including olive oil, yeast extract, mineral
salts, etc., the concentrations of these residual nutrients are believed
to be below levels capable of triggering irritation. Potential Health Effects: |

| For small spills, flush to waste treatment sewer (product is biodegradable). For large spills, contain and collect for reuse. Wear approved respirator for nuisance dust during cleanup. |
| Store in Store in cool dry place, away from sunlight and temperature extremes. We have now included an inner plastic bag with twist tie seal, to help protect the product. If pail is stored open in moist, warm room, the Yucca schidigera in this product will attract moisture sufficient to awaken the surfactant degrading microbes in the product, which will then reduce overall product effectiveness. Keep pail closed when not scooping out the current dosage, and also keep twist tie sealed on inner bag to prevent this humectant from attracting moisture. When applying this product to a pond or lake overgrown with Cyanobacteria (blue-green algae), NEVER exceed the prescribed dose. See Section 12 for consequences to aquatic life of extreme overdose of Yucca schidigera in this product. |

Environmental Fate: This product is not likely to bioconcentrate if mixed with water. Environmental Toxicity: No specific testing performed on this formula, but ingredients should be safe when used as directed. Five (5) ppm of Yucca schidigera is toxic to fish, preventing them from trapping air bubbles under their gills. Product dosage includes a dosage of Yucca schidigera that is 10% of this toxicity level, if dosage directions are followed. NEVER OVERDOSE PRODUCT! |
| RCRA Hazard Class (if discarded): Neat, unused product is not considered a hazardous waste, according to RCRA regulations 40 CFR 261. For proper disposal of used materials, an assessment must be completed to determine the proper waste management options permissible under applicable rules, regulations and/or laws governing client's location. Wash containers down with water and disinfect with a 1% sodium hypochlorite solution, triple rinse with clean water, and pour rinse water to sewer. Then remove or deface product label to avoid confusion if pail or drum is later refilled. Clean, empty containers should be recycled or disposed of through an approved waste management facility. |
