DESCRIPTION: ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 7001 is a is a concentrated dry blend of selected bacteria that perform synergistically to degrade the organic constituents that characterize municipal wastewater systems stressed by low temperatures in winter, restoring efficient performance to any type of suspended-growth or fixed-film treatment system, from activated sludge systems to simple lagoons and trickling filters, to biotowers and RBCs, while delivering this performance under LOW TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS. ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 7001 combines four (4)
endospore-forming Bacillus spp.with a pair of powerful gram-negative,
vegetative cultures, known to deliver outstanding digestion of a variety
of foods, including FOG (food Fat, Oil and Grease) in our Alken Clear-Flo®
4000 series products, supplemented by the two key "cold-temperature
specialist" strains that have made Alken
Clear-Flo® 7018 such a successful treatment for cold-temperature
industrial wastewater applications. This cold-municipal consortium will
deliver improved cold weather operations, with improved solids settling
and decreased effluent TSS,BOD and COD. |
