Emergency Overview: Organisms used are non-pathogenic, but can cause infection when in contact with open wounds. These organisms are susceptible to many commonly used antibiotics.

Potential Health Effects:

  • Signs and Symptoms of Acute Overexposure: Mild eye, skin irritation
  • Signs and Symptoms of Chronic overexposure: Mild Dermatitis and skin sensitization
  • Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure: Mild Allergies, dermatitis.
  • Ingestion: Ingestion may result in abdominal pain, nausea. Low ingestion hazard. Large overdoses of product can produce alkalosis in patients with renal insufficiency.
  • Inhalation: (Acute) Inhalation may cause throat irritation and coughing. (Chronic) No effects reported in humans.

4. First Aid Measures

  • Inhalation: Remove victim to fresh air
  • Ingestion: Give victim water or milk to drink to dilute the product. Get medical advice..
  • Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing . Wash skin with soap and water. Wash clothing before reuse.
