ADVANCED PORTABLE TOILET ODOR CONTROL & WASTE DEGRADING CONCENTRATE

DESCRIPTION:

ALKEN® TREAT-A-LOO™ 2-5X-PF, formulated manufacturing concentrate of ALKEN® Treat-A-LOO™ 2, provides a safe, natural method for control of odors, as well as a reduction in waste volume in stand-alone portable toilets or built-in toilets aboard ships, boats, RV's, motor homes, trains, buses; or airplanes. ALKEN® TREAT-A-LOO™ 2-5XPF contains nine (9) strains of non-pathogenic, all-natural, endospore-forming Bacillus cultures Yucca schidigera leaf extract and coconut-based surfactants, an oxygenating nutrient bio-stimulant for anaerobic environments, Alken-Murray's sensational."wild hyacinth" fragrance and a minimal-staining blue polymer dye, combined to rapidly and thoroughly control the odors and appearance of human wastes in toilets Active Aloe®, the most biologically active form of the Aloe vera leaf extract, further enhances the formula by stimulating the included microbes to faster activity as it enhances the binding of odors. ALKEN® TREAT-A-LOO™ 2-5XPF contains no toxic ingredients and produces a waste that is acceptable at most disposal facilities. Since 2005, the formula has an improved amylase and cellulase enzyme profile.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

Safe, natural replacement for formaldehyde and qua ternary ammonium compounds. Non-staining royal blue polymer dye, masks color of waste. Enzymes include protease (proteins, including gelatin), amylase (starch), lipase and esterase (food fats and greases) and xylanase and cellulase (degrade toilet paper). Eliminates corrosion caused by sulfide oxidation to sulfuric acid. Contains a unique new strain of Bacillus that oxidizes hydrogen sulfide. Inhibits formation of hydrogen sulfide gas, and its accompanying odors. Digests fats, oils, and food grease in lift stations, grease traps, septic systems and drain lines. Improved degradation and deodorization of acetic, butyric, isobutyric, isovaleric, lactic, palmitic, propionic, stearic and valeric organic and fatty acids, partially responsible for odor in some lift stations. Formula denitrifies and anaerobically degrades starch and fats. Cleans holding tanks, lines, and equipment. Degraded wastes are easier for disposal. Traditional cherry fragrance is available, on special request.  DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Manufacturing concentrate contains all ingredients of our regular ALKEN® TREAT-A-LOO™ 2, except surfactant(s) and water. Dilute 1 part of ALKEN® TREAT-A-LOO™ 2-5XPF   concentrate with 4 parts water (without chlorine) and add approved level of surfactants, selected from Alken-Murray's "Approved List of Ingredients" to produce Alken-Murray's normal ALKEN® Treat-A-LOO™ 2 with a count of 109 million (1.09 x 108) CFU per ml. Dosage for this level of dilution is 1.5 ounces (44.4 ml) of product for every five gallons of water in portable toilers and marine or RV holding tanks

FORMULATION RECOMMENDATIONS:

This concentrate contains enough preservative to allow dilution with nineteen parts of water to yield a total count of 27 million (2.7 E7) CFU per ml, with label prescribing client to use 6 ounces (118 ml) of diluted product for every five gallons of water in portable toilets and marine or RV holding tanks. Use the entire contents of 5 gallon pail or 55 gallon-drum, when blending to produce finished product. Dilute one part concentrate with four to fourteen parts of water, taking into account the volume of surfactant to be added in final formulation. Blend in remainder of water.. Blend slowly for a minimum of 30 minutes to assure proper spore dispersion in solution. Do NOT allow product to stand without agitation during repackaging to drums, pails or bottles.

PACKAGING AND HANDLING:

ALKEN® TREAT-A-LOO™ 2-5XPF is packaged in 5-gallon plastic pails with pour-spout and handle. Store in a cool place. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and open wounds. Wash hands with soap and water after handling. If measuring and pouring concentrated product for diluted repackaging, wear latex gloves to avoid staining your hands with the concentrated blue dye.
