| Alken Enz-Odor® 2 - is a unique broad-spectrum chemical/bacterial blend which combines the effectiveness of eight selected, acid-loving non-pathogenic strains of gram-positive, spore-forming Bacillus, in a high-bacterial-count formula, with performance enhancing nutrients to provide a safe, natural way to accelerate the biodegradation of fats, oils, grease and odors found in highly concentrated wastewater. The exceptional strains in this formula produce optimum levels of esterase, lipase, amylase, protease, gelatinase, cellulase, xylanase, lignosuflonase and urease enzymatic activity, while degrading a broad spectrum of organic and fatty acids, with optimum effectiveness. Sodium nitrate provides an alternate electron acceptor for the biological reactions, preventing the formation of sulfuric acid during the elimination of hydrogen sulfide. A small amount of biodegradable surfactant is also included to enhance emulsification of oil and water and to increase product penetration into sources of odor. ALKEN ENZ-ODOR® 2 effectively reduces odors from food product wastes with high BOD, in waste receiving areas, wet wells, collection lines, sump pumps and trap and drain lines. |

| A few Alken-Murray distributors have chosen to dilute ALKEN ENZ-ODOR® 2 so that a higher volume slug can be delivered more than once a day, which also allows authorized distributors to deliver a 5 gallon pail of stabilized diluted product monthly to their clients, timing pail change-out to coincide with trap inspection and pump, if necessary. To do this for a 3,000 gallon grease trap, add 1.5 gallons of ALKEN ENZ-ODOR® 2 to 3.5 gallons of water and hook up to metering pump to deliver 4 oz. of diluted product 5 times daily. Please relabel product with "private label", if you dilute regular strength product in this manner. |
ALKEN ENZ-ODOR® 2 is packaged in 5 gallon plastic pails with pour spout and 55 gallon drums. Store in a cool place. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and open wounds.
